服務條款Terms of Service

這些條款說明 Animfy 平台、後台、API、合作夥伴入口與公開網站的使用規則。若你代表公司使用服務，請確認你有權代表該公司同意。These terms explain the rules for using the Animfy platform, portal, APIs, partner portal, and public website. If you use the service on behalf of a company, make sure you are authorized to do so.

本頁為平台營運說明與法務草案，正式商務合約或法規解釋仍以雙方簽署文件與適用法律為準。This page is an operational and legal-draft notice. Signed agreements and applicable law control where they differ.

1. 服務範圍1. Services covered

Animfy 提供以 GS1 Digital Link 為核心的數位溯源服務，包括產品序號與批號管理、QR/Resolver 解析、品牌後台、掃碼分析、召回流程、TFDA 流程支援、列印與產線整合、合作夥伴追蹤入口，以及相關 API。Animfy provides digital traceability services built around GS1 Digital Link, including product serial and lot management, QR/resolver routing, the brand portal, scan analytics, recall workflows, TFDA workflow support, printing and production-line integrations, partner tracking access, and related APIs.

2. 帳號與授權2. Accounts and authorization

你必須使用真實、授權且安全的帳號資料。你應保護密碼、session、API key 與裝置存取權，不得與未授權人員分享。透過你的帳號、API key 或授權裝置執行的操作，可能會影響產品狀態、列印、出貨、召回或稽核紀錄。You must use accurate, authorized, and secure account information. You are responsible for protecting passwords, sessions, API keys, and device access. Actions performed through your account, API key, or authorized device may affect product status, printing, shipments, recalls, or audit records.

3. 客戶資料3. Customer data

品牌客戶保有其產品、供應鏈、出貨、客戶與營運資料的權利。Animfy 會依提供服務、維護安全、履行合約與支援客戶需求的必要範圍處理這些資料。你不得上傳你無權處理的資料，或使用平台侵犯第三方權利。Brand customers retain rights in their product, supply-chain, shipment, customer, and operations data. Animfy processes that data as needed to provide the service, maintain security, perform agreements, and support customers. You must not upload data you are not authorized to process or use the platform to infringe third-party rights.

4. 可接受的使用行為4. Acceptable use

你不得使用服務進行未授權存取、攻擊、干擾、濫發請求、逆向破壞安全控制、上傳惡意內容、誤導消費者、偽造產品狀態、規避租戶隔離，或違反適用法律與合約的行為。You may not use the service for unauthorized access, attacks, interference, abusive request volume, bypassing security controls, malicious content, misleading consumers, falsifying product status, evading tenant isolation, or violating applicable law or agreements.

5. GS1、QR 與標準範圍5. GS1, QR, and standards boundaries

Animfy 支援 GS1 Digital Link 與相關資料流程，但使用平台不代表你的公司、產品、條碼、申報或作業流程自動取得 GS1、TFDA 或其他第三方認證。客戶仍需確保自己的 GS1 編碼、產品資料、標示、申報與產業合規要求正確。Animfy supports GS1 Digital Link and related data workflows, but using the platform does not automatically certify your company, products, barcodes, filings, or operations by GS1, TFDA, or any other third party. Customers remain responsible for the correctness of their GS1 identifiers, product data, labeling, filings, and industry compliance.

6. TFDA 流程支援6. TFDA workflow support

TFDA 相關功能是資料整理、流程支援與申報輔助工具。它不取代客戶自己的法規判斷、品質系統、正式申報責任或主管機關要求。正式送件內容與時點應由客戶確認。TFDA-related features are tools for data preparation, workflow support, and filing assistance. They do not replace the customer's regulatory judgment, quality system, filing responsibility, or obligations to authorities. Customers must confirm official filing content and timing.

7. 服務可用性與變更7. Availability and changes

我們會努力維持服務穩定與安全，但服務可能因維護、升級、雲端或網路事件、第三方服務、資安事件或不可抗力而中斷或調整。重大產品變更會盡合理努力提前或同步通知受影響客戶。We work to keep the service stable and secure, but it may be interrupted or changed because of maintenance, upgrades, cloud or network incidents, third-party services, security events, or force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of material product changes.

8. 費用與商業條款8. Fees and commercial terms

付費方案、用量限制、服務期間、付款、終止、資料匯出與支援承諾，依雙方簽署的報價、訂單、合約或 SOW 為準。本網站上的介紹內容不取代已簽署文件。Paid plans, usage limits, service periods, payment, termination, data export, and support commitments are governed by the signed quote, order, agreement, or SOW. Website descriptions do not replace signed documents.

9. 暫停與終止9. Suspension

若我們合理認為帳號、API key、整合或使用行為造成資安風險、違反條款、侵害他人權益、或可能使平台/客戶/消費者受損，我們可以限制、暫停或終止相關存取，並在情況允許時通知受影響客戶。If we reasonably believe an account, API key, integration, or use creates a security risk, violates these terms, infringes rights, or may harm the platform, customers, or consumers, we may limit, suspend, or terminate related access and notify affected customers when appropriate.

10. 免責聲明、責任限制與準據法10. Disclaimers, liability, and governing law

在法律允許範圍內，公開網站與 demo 內容依現況提供。正式客戶責任、賠償限制、服務水準、保固與爭議處理，以雙方簽署文件為準；未另有簽署文件時，適用中華民國台灣法律。To the extent permitted by law, the public website and demo content are provided as-is. Customer-specific liability, indemnity, service levels, warranties, and dispute handling are governed by signed documents. Where no signed document applies, the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China, apply.
