01跟一般 QR 有什麼差別?How is this different from a normal QR?

GS1 Digital Link 是國際標準，一個 QR 同時帶產品碼／批號／序號／效期，並依「這一件」的狀態回不同結果（真品·召回·作廢·查無序號）——這就是一物一碼。一般 QR 只是一個固定網址。GS1 Digital Link is an international standard: one QR carries product code, lot, serial and expiry, resolving by this unit's status — genuine, recalled, voided, or unknown-serial. That's one-code-per-unit. A normal QR is just a static URL.

02需要買新硬體嗎?Do we need new hardware?

軟體可獨立上線。硬體面，我們與你產線既有的噴印／標示設備整合，在原有標示上再加一層 GS1 一物一碼；需要時也能協助把產線備齊。The software can go live on its own. On hardware, we integrate with the coding/marking equipment already on your line and add a GS1 one-code-per-unit layer; we can help get the line equipped when needed.

03我們現在沒有這類標示設備呢?What if our line has no marking equipment yet?

軟體可單獨訂閱、先跑起來。標示這段，我們與你產線既有的噴印／標示設備整合；若還缺最後一段標示能力，需要時也能協助把產線備齊。The software is available standalone, so you can start there. For marking, we integrate with your existing equipment; if that final step is missing, we can help get the line equipped when needed.

04資料安全嗎?Is tenant data safe?

每個租戶以 PostgreSQL Row-Level Security 隔離，掃碼事件 append-only、不可竄改。Each tenant is isolated with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security; scan events are append-only and tamper-evident.

05導入要多久?How long does it take?

標準客戶 1-2 週。客製整合（ERP / 政府 API）再加 1-2 個月。Standard rollout 1-2 weeks; custom integration (ERP / government API) adds 1-2 months.

06有人複製我的 QR 怎麼辦?What if someone copies our QR?

複製的碼會被判為「查無此序號」（最高優先結果）；規模化時，多 IP／多國／未知序號爆量等異常規則會在後台標記出仿冒行動（以 5–60 分鐘滾動視窗偵測，非 POS 即時攔截）。Copies resolve to unknown-serial (the top-priority outcome); at scale, multi-IP / multi-country / unknown-serial-burst rules flag the campaign in your dashboard (detected on rolling 5–60-minute windows, not real-time POS interception).
